Vibrating feeder used before the primary crushing. It can detach clay, impurities, controlling the feeding amount, matches with the crushing ability and screening line ability. It is the necessary equipment for guarantee the quality and quantity in crushing and screening.

Vibrating feeder is an instrument that uses vibration to "feed" material to a process or machine. Vibrating feeders use both vibration and gravity to move material. Gravity is used to determine the direction, either down, or down and to a side, and then vibration is used to move the material. They are mainly used to transport a large number of smaller objects. 

Working Principle

 The double eccentric vibration exciter powered by the motor through v-belt, the two eccentric shafts of the vibration exciter rotates reversely according to the double meshing gear. The two eccentric shafts in a certain angle while installation, the centrifugal force from the eccentric shaft will let the screen get linear reciprocating vibration in vertical direction then make materials move forward during the vibration. It is mainly used in mining, crushing plant, cement plant, ceramics factory, chemical industry etc.
