Milwaukee Tool’s M12 FUEL nibbler cuts 16-ga. mild steel, 22-ga. spiral duct seams

Milwaukee Tool has introduced the M12 FUEL 16-ga. variable-speed nibbler. Instead of a cutting blade, the compact, 12-V nibbler uses a punch and die to take small punches out of the material. This makes the tool suitable for making curved cuts, 90-degree cuts, and straight cuts, and for processing corrugated metals.

The nibbler cuts up to 7 FPM in 16-ga. mild steel when equipped with an M12 REDLITHIUM XC 4.0 battery. The POWERSTATE brushless motor provides the power to cut in heavy applications such as 22-ga. spiral duct seams. Features include a variable-speed dial; an LED work light; and a tool-free, 360-degree die holder rotation.

A chip-collection bag can be attached to the die holder to collect the metal punches for quick jobsite cleanup.
