MACHINE FUNCTION
 
(1)   Automatic compute, mesh and adjustment - For generally machining, after input current, computer will select most suitable conditions for you.  For 30A controller, it has 12 steps of machining current, for 50A controller, it has 19 steps, for 75A controller has 20 steps.  Various machining ways that can suit different customer requirements.
 
(2)   Sluggish jump function - for large area machining, electrode withdraw slowly.  Prevention of vacuum condition caused by motor withdraw rapidly, create vacuum that make work piece has undesirable movement, cause partly electro-discharge of uneven surface.  This will ensure more steady while large area machining, sparking surface alike, thus high speed machining speed for large area can be achieved.  It will provide a continuously 24-hours effective machining.
 
(3)   High jump function - Deep machining can be set at the function menu.  Electrode withdraw from deep hole of work piece, help to discharge all carbon residue during machining, thus prevent carbon deposition that would cause twice sparking, avoid uneven of work piece surface.
 
(4)   Bottom fine function - When machining reached desired depth, it will continuously work for fine machining process.  For depth remain unchanged, best surface finishing effect is provided.
 
(5)   Axes protection - X,Y axes are designed for special protection, when X,Y axes move exceed 0.02mm during machining, controller will stop sparking automatically.
 
(6)   Instant, genuine distance control electrode, work piece and electrode can be set for optimal gap, thus provides the best sparking effect.  Instant, genuine distance jumping ensures good machining accuracy.
